Wardrobes are imminently replaceable. Just as Trent Lott's house can be rebuilt, so can your blouse collection. The best thing to wear if a hurricane is predicted is, we now know, something very fancy, to lesson your chances of appearing looterish.

Good advice...about avoiding looking "looterish." Looking looterish could get you either completely ignored, even if you're in five feet of toxic water and starving..OR...killed.
